The irregularities in designs and colors may occur, these are not considered as defects, but an evidence of the authenticity of the genuineness of the process itself.

Full payment is required before shipping; it is only effective when the funds are received net of charges in Azfin Batik’s bank account. DELIVERY TERMS and PAYMENTS

Orders are delivered or shipped upon reception of the full payment into Azfin Batik’s account in full amount, that mean the transfer fee is paid by the sender. In case orders are ready and we don’t hear back from you, we will retain the goods until payment is due. If after 2 months of the agreed delivery date we don’t receive the balance, the order is cancelled and the deposit will be not refunded. Our main goal is our Customer to be completely satisfied with the purchase.
